1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EWA platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EWA is a multi-tenant enterprise workflow and approval platform that allows organizations to create, manage, and track approval requests. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related tools provided by EWA.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. EWA does not claim ownership over your content. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EWA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
